How do I subscribe to this service?
• By creating your preferred message and sending it to 50016
E.g. “Today is a good day” to 50016 (Note: Your callers will see whatever message you send to 50016)
• By texting REG to 50016 (Monthly); or REG7 to 50016 (Weekly); or REG1 to 50016 (Daily).
• By dialing *50016#.
Then choose option 1 to select from a list of our sample messages, or select option 4 to choose your preferred package (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly)
• Visiting https://callerfeel.mtn.ng , enter your MSISDN and select the option to subscribe to this service
What happens when I send the subscription request?
Subscriber will receive a pop-up after sending a subscription request. Please select option 1 on the pop-up to activate the service, the applicable subscription fee will be deducted from your main airtime account, and successful subscription notification will be delivered.
Do I need to register for the service?
Yes, all intending subscibers need to register.

By sending "STOP REG" to 50016 Via SMS. You can also deactivate your MTN CallerFeel subscription from the MTN website or CallerFeel WAP portal.
Can I get tips on how to use the CallerFeel service?
Yes, you can get tips to help you while using this service by texting HELP to 50016. You will receive the below response: "With MTN CallerFeel, you can have a message on your line which will be displayed to your callers whenever they call you. You can use the service advertise your business or express yourself. To get the service, reply to 50016 with the message you want your callers to see. Message should not be more than 127 characters and can include smileys. For more info, dial *50016# or click https://callerfeel.mtn.ng."
Is there a limit to the number of characters I can use in my CallerFeel?
Yes, there is a limit of 127 characters that you can use in your personalized CallerFeel. With smileys, the limit is 35 characters.
What happens if my CallerFeel exceeds 127 characters?
You will receive an error message advising you to reduce your personalized CallerFeel to 127 characters.
